I.civil use


1: The plate heat exchanger of central heating has become the first choice of heat exchange products for heat exchange stations in urban central heating projects due to its compact structure, simple operation and maintenance, and high heat transfer efficiency. It is suitable for water water heat exchange system, steam water heat exchange system and domestic hot water supply system, and plays an important role in rational distribution of heat energy and improvement of heat management level.


2: Air conditioning system

Plate heat exchanger is widely used for the heat exchange of chilled water in air conditioning system. The installation of plate heat exchanger near the condenser between cooling tower and condenser can play the role of condenser, prevent equipment corrosion or blockage, and save the operation time of chiller in transitional season.


3: Pressure blocker of high-rise building

In high-rise buildings, the HVAC system with water and glycol as heat exchange medium often has very high static pressure. Using plate heat exchanger as pressure blocker, the higher static pressure can be decomposed into several parts of smaller pressure, so as to reduce the pressure requirements of the system for pumps, valves, cold and hot water units and other equipment, and save the investment cost and operation cost of equipment.


4: Ice storage system

The ice storage system with plate heat exchanger can adjust the peak load and valley load. That is to use the chiller to cool at night and store ice in the ice storage tank to meet the cooling demand of the next day and reduce the peak load of air conditioning, so as to effectively save energy and operation cost.


5: Waste heat recovery

In various fields, a large amount of heat is discharged into the surrounding atmospheric environment with the waste thermal medium (such as domestic hot water, bath hot water, process cooling water, etc.) every day. This leads to a huge waste of energy. Due to the low investment cost, high thermal efficiency and low temperature difference requirements for the cold and hot medium of plate heat exchanger, the waste heat can be recovered and converted into the secondary available heat energy, which can be used in the preheating condition. It has good social and economic benefits.
