Crowne Plaza Taiyuan Downtown, the largest five-star hotel in Shanxi Province, was built and opened by Shanxi Sunshine Industry Group in 2021. It is located in the core business circle of Qinxian Street, which is both fashionable and cultural in Shanxi. The hotel covers 130,000 square meters, and the main body height is 168 meters, a total of 39 floors with more than 600 rooms.  

Because the hotel is a confined space and the air is difficult to circulate, it is necessary to open the air conditioning, which caused a massive consumption of power. In 2020, Accssen provided the Crowne Plaza Taiyuan hotel with two plate heat exchangers (AP series, each with 2123KW heat transfer capacity). So the hotel doesn't have to start the chiller. Instead, the heat exchangers directly use the cooling tower's water to circulate and achieve the cooling effect. As a result, the hotel can get the optimum temperature in the spring and autumn in the most energy-efficient way.
