Accessen 5S Fine Management Conference

On October 19, 2021, all production and administrative staff of Accssen attended the "5S Fine Management Conference " in the Shanghai factory. Accessen hopes to improve our management level through 5S management activities continuously. The specific content of 5S management activities includes five aspects: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke. By carefully considering the overall production environment, 5S Management helps Accessen formulate practical plans and measures, shape a good working environment, create a scientific working order, and improve staff team consciousness, behavioral ability, and quality to achieve standardized management. In addition, 5S Management activities are conducive to producing high-quality heat exchange products, improving corporate image and efficiency, and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
