Fujian Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a new viscose staple fiber (differential fiber) production base, located in the Dongwu Port Industrial Park of Meizhouwan North Bank Economic Development Zone, Putian City, Fujian Province. The project was diving into one and two phases, approved by Fujian Development and Reform Commission in June 2010 and October 2011. The whole project covers 2000 units of area, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. After completion, it will be able to produce 200000 tons of viscose staple fiber annually.

The material can produce many kinds of products, such as food, clothing, automobile tires, cosmetics, drugs, and personal hygiene products. The demand is increasing gradually. In Brazil, Sateri manages 150000 hectares of plantations and has specialized nursery garden and research centers to produce high-quality raw materials (wood fibers) in environmentally responsible and sustainable ways. Sateri Bahia's unique cellulose plant is close to the plantation and deep water port, one of the most modern plants globally, with an annual output of 485000 tons of high-quality dissolved wood pulp, accounting for more than 10% of the global supply.

Accessen, as a qualified supplier of plate heat exchanger products of RGE, has rich application experience in the textile and chemical fiber industry. Our plate heat exchanger is used for cooling, steam washing, acid wastewater, alkaline wastewater, yellow temperature regulating water, dissolved alkali solution, one layer of adhesive, and two adhesive layers defoaming water, degassing glycol preheating, and other working conditions.

It is the largest viscose staple fiber project in China.  Accessen also provides an on-site cleaning device, reducing the equipment's shutdown probability and realizing the self-cleaning function. In this way, the heat exchangers can maintain high efficiency and significantly reduce on-site maintenance personnel's workload.
