With the joint efforts of Yangzi Petrochemical and Accessen technical production team, the "blue sky guardian" AWK series large air preheater manufactured by Accessen passed the whole process of third-party technical review and strict inspection (helium inspection) and was accepted and delivered in April 2019.

AKW series plate air preheater with high heat transfer efficiency, low pressure, good heat transfer efficiency, small footprint, high-temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance, long service life, and modular assembly. According to the combustion air principle required by the heating and combustion of high-temperature flue gas through the welded plate air preheater, the air preheater product used in this project has a single heat exchange area of 4500 square meters and an available heat load of 10073kw. After the project's successful operation, Accessen plate air preheater can save about 30 tons of coal every day, which dramatically reduces air pollution and cut a large number of energy costs. In this way, the real significance of energy conservation and emission reduction was achieved, which is beneficial to the country and the people.
