The peroxide industry, including hydrogen, gradually presents the development trend of scale, integration, and low cost. The 2021 Annual meeting of the Peroxide industry of China Inorganic Chemical Industry Association was held in Henan Province on September 28. Accessen attends the conference with efficient and safe heat transfer solutions.
Accessen introduced our products' function and application industry, focusing on the AWD series (All-welded plate and frame heat exchanger). Accessen's all-welded products use the computer simulation techniques combined with product testing, such as finite element analysis, ultrasonic cleaning, water pressure, and fatigue testing. It also adopts automatic welding technology. The welding process is strictly controlled, including welding material analysis, procedure qualification, welding strength analysis, an examination of the welded, hydrostatic test to ensure each heat exchanger can meet high temperature and high-pressure requirements. In addition, our colleagues also shared the excellent application cases in the peroxide industry, such as Shandong Hualu Hengsheng 300 thousand tons hydrogen peroxide project, Anhui Huertai Chemical 150 thousand tons hydrogen peroxide project, Henan Lianchuang Chemical 150 thousand tons hydrogen peroxide project, and so on.
