Due to the serious air pollution caused by coal-fired power generation, China has issued a number of measures, policies and regulations to limit and restrict the damage and pollution of coal-fired power generation to the air environment, especially the emission concentration of pollutants contained in flue gas. China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. took the lead in launching the road to upgrade environmental protection, which is one of the key measures to recycle the waste heat of flue gas. Like most of the thermal power enterprises, it is facing the problem of increasing heating demand and reducing coal emissions.
Making full use of the waste heat of flue gas and reducing the emission concentration of pollutants contained in flue gas by a professional environmental technology company that has mature and reliable technology advanced flue gas waste heat utilization and environmental protection emission technology has become one of the choices. And Accessen’s shell-and-plate heat exchangers are the core equipment of the system. The low-temperature economizer is installed in the flue at the tail of the boiler and is connected with the low-pressure part of the steam turbine heat recovery system. The condensate is drawn out in whole or in part from the appropriate place and sent to the low-temperature economizer to absorb the heat of exhaust gas. It can reduce the temperature of exhaust gas, heat itself, raise the temperature to recover the heat energy, and then use the energy to heat the boiler feed water (in summer) or the heating network water (in winter) through Accessen’s plate& shell heat exchangers. China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. utilizes low temperature economizer system project to make full use of flue gas waste heat. 70 ℃ hot coal water is used to cool down the flue gas from 120 ℃ ~ 150 ℃ to 85 ℃ ~ 100 ℃, and the heat medium water isheated to 110 ℃. The high-temperature heat medium water is released to the steam condensate of the boiler water inlet system (summer) or the return water of the heating network (winter) through Accessen’s AWPS series plate&shell heat exchangers, which is used for heating in winter and plays the role of heat recovery to increase the heating area.
